Application scope
PVC insulated wire and cable with rated voltage of 450/750v or lower as well as power cable with 30kv or lower; Applicable to lighting power cable device with rated AC voltage of 450/750v or lower, suitable for transmission and distribution in the fixed and 30kv or lower power transmission and distribution system, and used widely in fields of electric power, construction, industry and mine, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication, etc.

Features:
1. It can show perfect corrosion resistance and low conductor contact resistance, Aluminum corrodes easily comparing with copper under normal condition, but the aluminum is clad completely by the copper, overcoming the shortcomings of aluminum conductor such as poor oxidation resistance and high contact resistance etc.

It can show perfect weldability, the suface of copper clad aluminum wire is clad with pure copper, so the weldability is the same, preventing, for the aluminum core cable, poor contact of conductor with connecting terminal due to corrosion, damage or poor tight crimping and no soldering as well as burning of cable end due to high temperature under its long term service.

The copper clad aluminum conductor, comparing with pure copper conductor, in addition to having the advantage of pure copper conductor, can show low AC resistance and high current carrying capacity with 2 to 5% higher than that of copper conductor(the more section, the better effect)under the same DC resistance, And technical inducators of cable loss, temperature rise and higher harmonic and so on are beter than those of copper conductor calbe, and under connection with the same copper connecting terminal, the temperature rise of its head is lower than that of copper.
